Bamboo suite - the Banyan bed breakfast retreat

Stretching from Haiku through Makawao and Pukalani to Kula, Maui's Upcountry is a quieter and more temperate side of island life.  The unique blend of old time Hawaii with modern schools and residences weave through the Pineapple plantations, sprawling ranches, jungles and forests that make up the landscape of Upcountry Maui.

Upcountry Maui is often a surprise to first time Maui visitors, the pleasant freshness of Upcountry is a secret you'll be pleased to have discovered.  Although fairly close to the airport, Kahului, the North Shore beaches and North Coast jungles the upcountry area is still far enough removed to be in a region of it's own.
